I was unable to meet up with my sister and her 8th graders today. I was sort of bummed about it. The schedule just wasn't going to work. They were running late for everything, AND her principal was touring with them today, which meant my sister had to steer clear of having too much fun. Major bummer.
It worked out alright. I haven't been feeling 100% lately. I brought home a bad cold from New Hampshire the other week. I think the change in weather also has me feeling blah. My mold allergies are horrible, almost as bad as my dog allergies.
Tonight we will stop by my sister's grand motel (hehe) to say farewell. It sounds so silly, but even as I am writing this I am tearing up. Gosh, I miss my sisters, and my friends up north.
I will get my new shampoo and conditioner from her tonight. I had purchased it on my last trip north, and she brought it down so I didn't have to check my bag when I flew home.
And I will bring her a friend's wedding invitation. The wedding already happened. The bride, one of my bf's, made her invitations! They came out beautiful. I figured my sister could use it as a template for her own diy wedding invitations for her August 2011 wedding! Ekkk!!!!
Okay, I feel better now.
Idol tonight. Watch it. See if my predictions are right (or wrong).
