We are still looking for our five-year dream house. At this point I think we are both getting a little anxious. Okay, I am very anxious to get out of this craptastic apartment.
There has been nothing new on the market for days. About a month ago we'd see about three to five new houses a week. The last time a house was new to the market was last week, and it was ONE measly house. It has no backyard. The rooms are tiny. So disappointing.
And we know we won't be seeing any new houses for another week. A huge storm is in the forecast for this weekend. People in the mid-Atlantic aren't the most motivated people I've met. Give them a reason to stay home and do absolutely nothing, and they'll take it. So the chances that anyone will use the opportunity to take photos of their home to put it up for sale are slim to none.
Someone please sell us your large two bedroom, with ample closet space, a large livingroom, and small backyard!!! Please!!!!
