Tis the Season

The weather is blah. I am bored. St. Patrick's Day is right around the corner! I am giddy thinking about the rounds of Guinness I will be ordering.

St. Patrick's Day--beer, potatoes, fun. "And it's no, nay, never. No, nay, never, no more..." You've got the urge to clap, right?!

In honor of the cold, my heritage, and my love for anything with an alcohol content, I give you this delicious recipe to bide the time:

Take a bottle of Baileys and pour it into a glass with ice.

I like to call this Baileys over ice. Ha.
